Looking for Chase Bank hours? There isn’t one answer. Every branch sets its own lobby and drive-up hours, and two Chase branches a mile apart can open and close at different times.
So don’t trust a generic schedule, including the one this page used to show. Look up your branch in the Chase branch locator and you’ll see its hours for each day of the week.
What doesn’t change from branch to branch is the holiday schedule. That’s below.
How to Find Your Chase Branch’s Hours

It takes about a minute.
- Open the Chase branch locator on chase.com.
- Type in your ZIP code or city.
- Tap the branch you want. You’ll see its hours for each day, plus the phone number.
Going in for something that needs a banker, like opening an account or a notarized form? Call the branch first. The hours on the locator are when the doors are open, and that doesn’t always mean the person you need is in.
Chase has more than 5,000 branches and 14,000 ATMs, so there’s a decent chance a second branch near you keeps different hours if the first one doesn’t work for you.
Is Chase Open on Saturday and Sunday?
It depends on the branch. Weekend hours are exactly where branches differ the most, so this is the one to check before you drive over.
The locator shows each day separately. If a day says closed, it’s closed.
Either way, you don’t need the lobby for most things. You can deposit a check or pay a bill in the Chase Mobile app or on chase.com any day, and you can pull cash at a Chase ATM.
Chase Holiday Hours
Chase offices are generally closed on the federal holidays below. These are the dates Chase lists for 2026 and 2027.
| Holiday | 2026 | 2027 |
|---|---|---|
| New Year’s Day | January 1 | January 1 |
| Martin Luther King Jr. Day | January 19 | January 18 |
| Presidents Day | February 16 | February 15 |
| Memorial Day | May 25 | May 31 |
| Juneteenth | June 19 | June 19 |
| Independence Day | July 4 | July 5 (observed) |
| Labor Day | September 7 | September 6 |
| Columbus Day | October 12 (branches open) | October 11 (branches open) |
| Veterans Day | November 11 | November 11 |
| Thanksgiving Day | November 26 | November 25 |
| Christmas Day | December 25 | December 25 |
Columbus Day is the odd one. Chase says its branches are open that day, but it’s treated as a holiday for online transactions.
What does that mean for your money? Chase doesn’t process transactions on days the Federal Reserve is closed. A payment you’d scheduled for a holiday goes out the business day before, and a mobile check deposit you make on a holiday posts the next business day.
The next ones coming up are Veterans Day on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26 and Christmas on Friday, December 25.
What about Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or the day after Thanksgiving? They aren’t on Chase’s holiday list. Some branches may still shorten their day, so check the locator that week.
How to Reach Chase When the Branch Is Closed
You can call Chase customer service at 1-800-935-9935. And for anything to do with your account, the app and chase.com don’t keep banker’s hours.
